EXCHANGES
Online Orders
If you would like to exchange your item(s), kindly drop us an email at hello@goodluckbunch.com within 5 working days of receipt.
- Once your request has been authorised, you can proceed to return the item(s) back to our retail store either in person or by a traceable mode of postage.
- All item(s) must arrive at our warehouse within 7 working days (local) and 20 working days (international) from receipt.
- As the merchandise will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, kindly return the item via a traceable mode of postage.
- All return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Goodluck Bunch will not be responsible for any fees incurred to facilitate the exchange.
- Final sale items cannot be exchanged.
In Store Orders
- All orders must be exchanged within 7 days from the order date.
Items must be returned in original condition (unwashed, unworn, and in a brand new and saleable condition). Tags must not be removed or damaged. All footwear must include their original shoebox, undamaged and in its original condition. All goods will be inspected upon receipt; articles that do not meet all conditions mentioned will be rejected.
- Final sale items cannot be exchanged.

- Grooming Products
- Homeware (candles, diffusers and umbrellas)
- Print Items (magazines, books, stickers) and Stationary
- Swimwear and Intimates
- Sale items (including storewide promos and flash sales etc.)
INCORRECT / DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Please contact us at hello@goodluckbunch.com within 5 working days of receipt if you have received incorrect / defective merchandise. Kindly include the order number and clear snapshots of the item(s). Our Customer Service team will get back to you within 3 working days.
